The course teaches the basics of information security, in both management and technical aspects. Students understand various types of security incidents and attacks, and learn methods to prevent, detect and react to inncidents and attacks.
The final exam is inclusive of all the topics covered in the lectures. The exam format is similar to the mid-term one, it emphasizes objective concepts mainly involving short answers, calculations, and figures.
Sessional grade is based on 3 assignments and one quiz.
